FILIPINO AND ENGLISH ONLY

We will encourage everyone to use Filipino, English, or a mix of both during Pakikipagkapwa. While we recognize that there are 130 to 195 spoken dialects in the Philippines, Kapwa PH is currently unable to accommodate all of them. That’s why we have chosen to focus on the languages spoken by the majority of Filipinos.

PROHIBITED CONTACT INFORMATION

Anonymity and safety of our Kapwa are among our top priorities. Sharing contact information such as phone numbers, email addresses, social media accounts, or any other personally identifiable details is strictly prohibited during Pakikipagkapwa. This is to protect the privacy and safety of all participants.

SEXUAL CONDUCT

Any form of sexual conduct or inappropriate behavior is strictly prohibited during Pakikipagkapwa. This includes explicit discussions, advances, or any actions that may make other participants uncomfortable. Our priority is to create a safe and respectful environment for everyone.

NO IMPOSING OF BELIEFS (POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS, CULTURAL, GENDER, RACIAL)

During Pakikipagkapwa, participants are prohibited from imposing political, religious, cultural, sexist, or racist beliefs. Kapwa PH does not tolerate any attacks or judgments toward others based on their political affiliation, religion, culture, or personal beliefs regarding politics, religion, gender, or race.

USE OF PROFANITY OR CURSING

Excessive use of profanity or cursing is strictly prohibited during Pakikipagkapwa to ensure a respectful environment for all participants. We believe that maintaining a positive and supportive atmosphere is essential for meaningful conversations. If a participant overuses profanity, our Kapwa moderator will kindly remind them to adhere to our guidelines.

TROLLING & DISRUPTIVE BEHAVIOR

Trolling and disruptive behavior are strictly prohibited during Pakikipagkapwa to maintain a respectful and supportive environment. Our Kapwa moderator will address and take necessary action against any participant engaging in such behavior.

USER MUST BE 18 AND ABOVE YEARS OLD

Due to legal consideration, we will only be catering to individuals who are 18 years old and above. However, Kapwa PH is looking forward on expanding our services in the future to include those 17 years old and below who need a safe and supportive space.

If any Kapwa continues to violate these rules, the moderator reserves the right to remove them from Pakikipagkapwa. Kapwa PH does not tolerate any form of hate or disrespectful behavior. Our Kapwa moderators are trained to uphold these standards and ensure that all participants create a safe and supportive environment. We are committed to fostering an inclusive space where everyone feels valued and respected.
