Our founder, moved by personal experiences and the stories of many Filipino's facing emotional struggles in silence, envisioned a space where no one had to carry their pain alone. A space where mental health support could accessible, culturally grounded, and led by people who truly understand fellow Filipino, peers, and compassionate listeners.

At the hearth of this vision was the belief that mental health support doesn't always feel have to feel clinical intimidating, or out of reach. Sometimes, what we need most is someone who simply listens – someone who says, "Naiintindihan kita".

Rooted in the Filipino value of Kapwa or shared humanity – Kapwa PH was born not just to offer support, but to build community, presence, and connection across digital distances.
